General Hospital fans think recent storylines haven’t had any payoff
General Hospital fans react with growing impatience to how some of the scenes have turned out in the latest episodes. Recently, a user on the show’s Facebook page posted their problems, which involve several plotlines.
The user wrote, “Two problems with today’s episode:
1) After all the talk about breaking into Dalton’s lab, they don’t even bother to show the actual break-in and saving all the dogs? And how did they get in this time? Where did they find a key? So many months of this nonsense with no real payoff. And will they ever reveal who provided the address? Probably not.
2) What happened to the Portia/Nina fight? One minute you see Portia pull Nina, and the next, we see them walking out of the bathroom separately. Why didn’t they show the actual physical fight? Again, no payoff.”
The post has gained some attention, and fans have responded with their opinions. One user agreed with the post, saying, “Agree. Nerve racking.” Meanwhile, another speculated, “We’ll see it in a flashback after Portia miscarries.”
However, these are not the only concerns that fans have pointed out. Other users commented on what they found disappointing in the episode. One user said, “Well..I’m a bit pissed at Dante’s attitude towards Gio. Is he forgetting that he is also his son, and how upset he was when Geo wouldn’t speak to him? Get real, Dante. Apologize to your son GIO!!”
Another user wrote, “Emma and Gio needed to give the info to Dante and let the cops go to the address to find the animals, this way Dalton could be charged and not break into the second lab. And yes, I know Dalton is dead, but Emma and Gio don’t know that.”
A third user added, “For dogs that were supposedly having lab testing done on them, they all looked remarkably healthy and happy. I would have expected them to be freed and have to go to a vet for treatment. I know it’s a soap opera, but that really wasn’t realistic at all.”
