Drew’s plan includes pressuring Portia into manipulating the situation to make it look like Michael is addicted to opioids. He then plans to use the false evidence to prove that Michael is not fit to take care of the kids, helping Willow gain custody of their children. When Michael would be trying to clear his name, Drew would marry Willow, and once that happens, it would be almost impossible for Michael to get custody back then.
At this point, Drew seems to be in a powerful position, and this is when bad things happen to characters like him. Perhaps, he will also see a downfall very soon.
Moving on to Marco, the lawyer will remain a hostage in the upcoming episodes. He will almost escape, but his plan will ultimately fail.
