“Love Yourself” hitmaker Justin Bieber is candid in his new Instagram post, admitting to having “anger issues” and more. After previously sharing a heated text exchange with a friend who accused him of “lashing out,” the singer took to social media to talk about his experience of healing.

Bieber started the post by addressing the issues at hand, writing, “People keep telling me to heal.” He added, “Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already? I know I’m broken.”

The pop star then admitted to having “anger issues.” He explained, “I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.” Bieber continued, “The harder I try to grow the more focussed (sic) on myself I am.”

Amidst the turmoil of his public life, the entertainer revealed that he relies on spirituality. The singer admitted, “Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others.” He added that thinking about himself is exhausting.

Bieber’s emotional post resonated with the fans, who poured support for the singer in his comment section. One fan gushed, “Your feelings are valid given your experiences. You deserve to be angry. Allow yourself to feel angry.” Another fan chimed in, adding, “People need to back off. He is struggling. He needs compassion.”

Following his confessional post on healing and anger, the “Baby” singer shared another life update. He posted a video of his bong and a Goyard bag on Instagram. The pop star wrote in the caption, “Still parked out by the lake. 80 miles from Santa fae.”
