Who replaced Chef Lawrence Snowden in Below Deck Season 12?

In the recent episode of Below Deck Season 12, Anthony Iracane replaced Chef Lawrence. Fans could sense that Chef Lawrence would not last, especially after his outburst in the season premiere.

Chef Lawrence seemed to be on the edge for quite a while and broke the fourth wall to address the pressure of the job multiple times in the recent episode. After he lost his temper in the season premiere over a minor equipment issue, fans seemed more convinced that he was not going to hold the spot forever. As per Bravo’s latest revelation, the Below Deck fans were right about this development.

Recently, Chief Stew Fraser Olender proposed that Chef Anthony replace Chef Lawrence. This also seemed like a great build-up towards Chef Anthony’s redemption arc, as well.

Season 11 was an interesting time for Chef Anthony, who started with his food magic, but started faltering as the pressure got to him. Like Chef Lawrence, Chef Anthony also had multiple flaws, and they started showing more and more as he engaged in the high-speed culinary world. It all ultimately crashed down as things progressed, and Chef Anthony was eventually fired.

However, Fraser Olender advocated for Anthony’s return, and Captain Kerry had to ultimately re-hire Anthony Iracane, giving him a shot at redemption. With the latest development, it is further clear that Chef Anthony will get the chance to redeem himself and perhaps do better than he previously did.
