The series is created by Dōga Tōkō Shōjo with Shū Honma as the director. The music will be composed by tape and Raku.
The voice cast of Mayonaka Punch includes Ikumi Hasegawa, Fairouz Ai, Yuina Itō, Hina Yōmiya, Hitomi Ueda, Ai Kayano, Chika Anzai, and Reina Kondō.
