As of April 2024, Tsumugi Akita Animation Lab hasn’t officially greenlit the anime for the sophomore season. As the first season recently came out, this is not unusual. The studio will likely assess how the audience in Japan and beyond are responding to season 1 before taking any decision.
However, both Kenkyo na Circle’s web novel series and its light novel adaptation are currently ongoing. The latter has seven volumes at present. Even if the anime covers all of that in its first season, the second installment can happen, as the story is far from finished.
The voice cast includes Makoto Koichi as Lloyd de Saloum and Fairouz Ai as Grim. It also features Lynn as Sylpha, Shun Horie as Albert, and Akane Kumada as Alieze.
