At the end of The Archies, Archie and his friends manage to save Green Park in Riverdale from destruction. They did this by getting the required 4500 signatures from the residents who opposed Hiram Lodge’s construction of a hotel in the area.
Does the Green Park in Riverdale get saved?
Yes, Green Park in Riverdale gets saved from destruction by Hiram Lodge and the developers at the end of the film.
For much of the film’s runtime, Green Park was in danger of getting demolished and affected by Hiram Lodge’s plans to build a hotel. The situation was worsened by the majority of the council members and Mr. Dawson’s support for Hiram and his plans.
However, Archie and his friends, with the help of council member James Gomes, who was one of the members in opposition to Hiram’s plans, managed to prevent Green Park’s destruction and save it.
Does Archie go to London?
No, Archie does not go to London and stays behind in Riverdale after realizing that it is his home.
For much of the film, Archie had strong aspirations to go to London and study there, despite some opposition from his parents. However, after his father Fred gave him a pep-talk, Archie realized that Riverdale was his home and he could not leave it.
Is Dilton gay?
Dilton is not confirmed as gay in the film. However, a brief dialogue exchange between Reggie and him hinted that the latter is gay and has romantic feelings for Reggie, who made it clear that he could not return them, but stated that he would always be a good friend to him.
Does Archie choose Betty or Veronica as his girlfriend?
Archie chooses neither Betty nor Veronica to be his girlfriend. He does not get to as the girls do not give him a chance after realizing he two-timed them.
