The special revolves around Mickey and his friends as they go around trick-or-treating on Halloween. When Donald notices what seems like a haunted mansion, he convinces his friends to come along with him and see what is inside. Unfortunately, Witch Hazel, the owner of the house, is not entirely happy with this intrusion and changes the protagonists into the very costumes they have on.
The special is directed by David H. Brooks and written by Kathleen Shugrue. The voice cast includes Bret Iwan as Mickey Mouse, Kaitlyn Robrock as Minnie Mouse, Tony Anselmo as Donald Duck, Debra Wilson as Daisy Duck, Bill Farmer as Goofy, and more.
