The Dead Ringers Season 2 release date is highly anticipated, and viewers are definitely expecting a second installment. The first season of the series, which aired on Amazon Prime Video, is based on the 1988 movie of the same name and focuses on two twin gynecologists who perform ethically questionable practices in an effort to bring women’s healthcare and maternity to the central scene.

Considering the popularity of the first season, Dead Ringers does have enough fan attention for a second season. But it doesn’t look like it will have a second season. The final episode of Season 1 aired in April 2023, and since then, there’s been no news of a series renewal. The show ended with Elliot and Beverly swapping places and ending with Beverly secretly leading the life of her dead twin sister.
However, this doesn’t look like enough of a storyline for the second season. Moreover, Dead Ringers was labeled a limited series since the idea was announced over three years ago. Although there are previous series, including Netflix’s Squid Game and HBO’s The White Lotus, who saw renewals, but the same fate seems slim for Dead Ringers.
