The Inside Out 2 streaming release date is hotly anticipated as fans are wondering when they could stream Pixar’s new animated sequel. Based on past release patterns, the Inside Out 2 streaming release date is predicted for mid-September or October 2024. However, this date isn’t confirmed yet.
The movie will hit theaters on June 14, 2024, and its streaming release date will only be revealed a few months after that. Looking at 2023 patterns, MCU movies like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania took 89 days each to release on Disney Plus. But The Little Mermaid’s gap between its theatrical and streaming releases is 103 days.
Considering that Disney’s window between the theatrical release dates and streaming release dates for their films keeps getting longer, it’s likely that Inside Out 2 will arrive on Disney Plus either in late September 2024 or October 2024.

In Inside Out 2, some of the previous emotions will stay constant while a few new ones will be added into Riley’s HQ. She’ll go through an even bigger rollercoaster of emotions as there could be a total of 27 emotions at play this time. Directed by Kelsey Mann, Inside Out 2 will see Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, Lewis Black, Diane Lane, and Kaitlyn Dias reprise their roles.
