What’s Leaving Netflix in July 2023

The list of all movies and TV shows leaving Netflix in July 2023 includes Ip Man and its sequels, Skyfall, Stepmom, The Pursuit of Happyness, and more.

Netflix fans have until July 23 to watch the Ip Man movie series. Released in 2008, Ip Man follows the life of Wing Chun grandmaster Ip Man (Donnie Yen), who was also the mentor of Bruce Lee. The success of the first film led to three sequels: Ip Man 2 (2010), Ip Man 3 (2015), and Ip Man 4: The Finale (2019).

On July 31, some iconic movies like Skyfall and The Pursuit of Happyness are departing from Netflix. Directed by Sam Mendes, Skyfall is the third film featuring Daniel Craig as the legendary British spy James Bond. The story follows 007 taking on a cyberterrorist named Raoul Silva (Javier Bardem) in one of the most appreciated James Bond stories ever. In addition to its commercial success, Skyfall pocketed two Academy Awards for Best Original Song and Best Sound Editing.

Gabriele Muccino’s 2006 biographical drama The Pursuit of Happyness is based on the true story of Chris Gardner (Will Smith) and his rise to fame as he overcomes adversity and creates a better life for himself and his son (Jaden Smith).
