Spy x Family Episode 21 Recap

While talking to the Handler, Fiona comments on Operation Strix and how it would be better if she played the part of Loid’s wife. Meanwhile, Yor thinks about how she failed to cook breakfast again. Suddenly, Fiona shows up at their apartment, introducing herself as Loid’s work colleague. Yor invites her in, and Fiona thinks about how she’ll get rid of Yor. Eventually, Loid and Anya return from their walk. Loid and Fiona begin talking in spy code. Fiona comments negatively on Operation Strix, leaving Anya to think she’s a bad spy.

However, after reading her mind, it turns out Fiona is in love with Loid. While preparing coffee, Yor thinks about how she’s being a terrible wife. Anya accidentally drops her hot chocolate, and Fiona believes she can do a better job at raising Anya. Through spy code, Fiona suggests replacing Yor. However, Anya expresses her appreciation for her family. Yor’s motivated to do her best, but Loid tells her she’s already doing a good job. On another day, Bond gets jealous over Anya’s stuffed penguin. The following day, Anya finds the penguin destroyed and realizes it was Bond’s fault. Loid offers to fix it for her, and Bond apologizes by giving her a pack of peanuts.
