Big Mom decides to use a piece of her soul to create a new Homie. She throws it at the sky and transforms the thundercloud in the sky. Using the new Homie, she launches a powerful attack on Killer and Kid. The two survive, but the blast is so strong that they are sent to a different section of the castle. Meanwhile, Tama, Usopp, and Nami continue to run off to the Live Floor. However, Page One is chasing after them. Nami and Usopp try to slow Page One down using their weapons. Their attack plan fails, and they try to get Page One off Komachiyo.

Kid and Killer end up inside the castle. Big Mom is on the lower flower, still looking for Kid. Kid and Killer start heading for Big Mom’s location. However, they encounter Hawkins and his men. Killer volunteers to take care of Hawkins while Kid goes to Big Mom. Killer and Hawkins begin their one-on-one battle. On the rooftop, Kaido tells Luffy it’s a waste that Luffy refuses to join them. Luffy says he would never join them because he loves the samurai. As Luffy prepares to attack Kaido, he remembers his past experiences and Hyogoro’s teachings. Luffy and Kaido strike each other, and their Color of the Supreme Haki clash against each other. Luffy did not even end up touching Kaido, but his attack successfully hit him.
