Busy news day, folks. Here are a handful of goodies collected up from around the web that don’t necessarily need their own news item, but we should certainly share…
- Here’s a new international poster for The Raven, courtesy of IMPAwards.com.

- Warner Bros. released this still from Chernobyl Diaries, the next film produced by Oren Peli.

- Although I’d like to think that we all presumed Ridley Scott was going to get the cut of Prometheus he wanted in theaters, some folks needed to have that solidified by the man himself. During a press conference, he confirmed that what we’ll see in theaters is his intended vision. Here is what he had to say (courtesy of Dark Horizons). Now, we just wait and see what the MPAA has to say about a rating.
The cut that youre gonna see in cinemas its always the directors cut, really. Ive only made a mistake once on cutting a film short I wont say what it is right now, because this is not the time but I removed 17 minutes off a movie, and I didnt ruin it, but it wasnt [as effective]. In this instance, you got a pretty good version here, pretty good cut. Were running at about I think without the end titles, which normally run about four to five minutes were running one hour, fifty-nine minutes and change. Its very tight, its what it should be.
