I am going to operate under the assumption the Playboy “Game On” pictorial taglined “Playboy’s Sexy Tribute to the Neon-Lit Tron Revival” is not an official collaboration with Disney, but it would be awfully funny if it was and is sorta funny though it probably isn’t.
The reason I doubt its authenticity off the bat is that the above image comes with the photo credit “Replica Chopper: Parker Bros.” I would think Playboy would be using official props if this were a Disney approved shoot not to mention the Disney logo would be plastered all over these images. It makes me wonder… can Disney sue over this portrayal? Is a “tribute” under fair use?
Either way, if you want to see some scantily clad, most likely not safe for work, neon-lit ladies click here to check out Playboy’s “tribute” to Tron as this week will see the release of TRON: Legacy in theaters.
