John Cena Makes a Surprise Appearance on WWE RAW After WrestleMania 40

John Cena, who made a shocking appearance at WWE WrestleMania 40, made a surprising return to RAW after WrestleMania 40. For Judgment Day, WrestleMania 40 was a great show as their member Rhea Ripley retained her WWE Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch. On the other hand, Damien Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Drew McIntyre to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

On the latest edition of WWE RAW, The Judgment Day faction celebrated their triumphant wins at WrestleMania 40 by holding their titles up. During the celebration, R-Truth slipped in with his half of the RAW tag titles. He claimed that he was there to celebrate. He had brought the tag titles back to The Judgment Day.

R-Truth was then joined by The Miz, who won the RAW Tag Team Championship with him at WrestleMania 40. With R-Truth siding with his tag team partner, The Miz, he challenged The Judgment Day faction to a six-man tag team match. R-Truth stated that their third partner in the match would be the guy they can’t see against The Judgment Day.

This led to a match between The Judgment Day faction featuring Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh against The Miz and R-Truth. However, they were outnumbered in the match in a two-on-three situation. At the end of the match, out of nowhere, John Cena’s music hit, and he entered the match, making it a six-man tag team match.

John Cena wrestles on WWE RAW after 5 years

WWE superstar John Cena made a surprising appearance on RAW, where he participated in a tag team match. The match saw Cena teaming up with R-Truth and The Miz to take on The Judgment Day faction.

Cena, who made an appearance on WWE RAW, secured a win with The Miz and R-Truth by executing triple Five Knuckle Shuffle and triple Attitude Adjustment. While Cena has been on a part-time schedule due to his Hollywood commitments, this marked his first match on WWE RAW in five years. The last time he wrestled on WWE RAW was in 2019 in a fatal four-way match where Finn Balor was the winner of the match. Since then, Cena has made appearances on WWE RAW, but only in dark matches, not on TV. However, he has wrestled on SmackDown and at WWE premium live events.
