Ghosts Season 6 does not have a release date.

This is because a sixth-season will unfortunately not be happening. BBC has decided to end the popular sitcom series after five seasons.

In an interview with Radiotimes, actor Laurence Rickard, who essays the roles of Rogh/Robin and Sir Humphrey Bone on the show, stated that the creators had always planned for the sitcom to only be a five-season story. He further stated that once the creators hit five seasons, they then planned on ending the series on a high note.

Rickard also expressed that he, the cast and crew of the show wanted to explore newer opportunities in their respective careers after having several years working on Ghosts, which had taken up much of their annual schedule.

The Ghosts cast includes Charlotte Ritchie, Kiell Smith-Bynoe, Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard, Ben Willbond, and Lolly Adefope, among other cast members. Baynton, Farnaby, Douglas, Howick, Rickard and Willbond are also the creators of the sitcom.
