Money Heist Season 5 Vol. 2 Teaser: The End is Coming

Netflix has officially dropped the first Money Heist Season 5 Vol. 2 teaser for the upcoming final episodes of the hit global action-thriller series, which is scheduled to return on December 3. The video teases the heartbreaking aftermath following the explosive finale of the final season’s Vol.1 which saw the unexpected death of another fan-favorite character. It highlights The Professor’s determination to complete the heist without sustaining any more casualties from their team as he feels the weight of each member’s life on his shoulders.

Money Heist, or La casa de papel, centers around a group of thieves led by The Professor, who wears a Salvador Dali mask and a red jumpsuit and takes on names of different cities in order to conceal their identities. In Season 5, the gang has been shut in the Bank of Spain for over 100 hours. They have managed to rescue Lisbon, but their darkest moment is upon them after losing one of their own. The Professor has been captured by Sierra and, for the first time, doesn’t have an escape plan. Just when it seems like nothing else could go wrong, an enemy comes on the scene that is much more powerful than any they’ve faced: the army. The end of the greatest heist in history is approaching, and what began as a robbery will turn into a war.

The series stars Álvaro Morte, Úrsula Corberó, Itziar Ituño, Pedro Alonso, Alba Flores, Miguel Herrán, Jaime Lorente, Esther Acebo, Darko Perić, and Paco Tous. It also features Hovik Keuchkerian, Rodrigo de la Serna, Najwa Nimri, Luka Peros, Belen Cuesta, Fernando Cayo, and Enrique Arce. Season 5 will also introduced new cast members including Miguel Ángel Silvestre and Patrick Criado.
