Psychonauts, Red Dead Online Headline Xbox Game Pass May Additions

Microsoft has announced the games coming and going from Xbox Game Pass on console and PC this month. From the long-awaited arrival of Double Fine’s Psychonauts to a big new Xbox release in Dragon Quest Builders 2 and Rockstar’s open-world Western Red Dead Online, there will be plenty to play for subscribers in the coming weeks.

Arriving tomorrow is Builders 2, a follow-up to the Minecraft-inspired take on the long-running JRPG franchise Dragon Quest. Meet nostalgic characters across various islands as you discover a new way to explore this anime wonderland. Xbox fans can also look forward to FIFA 21, Outlast 2, and Steep later this week.

The rest of the month’s offerings drops on May 13, including the original Xbox platformer Psychonauts. Players anticipating the upcoming sequel later this year can tear through Double Fine’s original adventure thanks to Game Pass and backward compatibility.

Red Dead Online hits Xbox Game Pass on the same day. The little brother of the massively popular GTA OnlineRed Dead Online still has a vibrant player base heading out on the frontier and tying people down to the train tracks. The game will notably be playable on mobile and PC via cloud streaming, letting players take their Western-flavored mayhem on the go.

Also, on May 13, Remnant: From the Ashes joins the Game Pass PC library, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster gives nostalgic RPG fans a treat, and the Reloaded version of Just Cause 4 causes a whole lot of explosions. Two days after that, a set of six games are set to expire from the service, including Final Fantasy IXHotline Miami, and Alan Wake.
