Plot Summary: Columbia Pictures' high stakes action adventure "21" is inspired by the true story of the very brightest young minds in the country – and how they took Vegas for millions.

Ben Campbell (Jim Sturgess) is a shy, brilliant M.I.T. student who – needing to pay school tuition – finds the answers in the cards. He is recruited to join a group of the school's most gifted students that heads to Vegas every weekend armed with fake identities and the know-how to turn the odds at blackjack in their favor. With unorthodox math professor and stats genius Micky Rosa (Kevin Spacey) leading the way, they've cracked the code. By counting cards and employing an intricate system of signals, the team can beat the casinos big time. Seduced by the money, the Vegas lifestyle, and by his smart and sexy teammate, Jill Taylor (Kate Bosworth), Ben begins to push the limits. Though counting cards isn't illegal, the stakes are high, and the challenge becomes not only keeping the numbers straight, but staying one step ahead of the casinos' menacing enforcer: Cole Williams (Laurence Fishburne).

I am really looking forward to this movie. Kevin Spacey is a great actor, and the movie looks really interesting and fun. Can't wait!

This looks like a great film...I mean, Spacey and Larry Fishburn!? Wow...

I'd heard a little bit about the Mezrich book, so am interested to see how this cinematic version comes out...should be good...

Based on the trailer it looks like they have changed quite a bit from the Mezrich novel. Even so, it looks like an entertaining film.

I cannot wait to see this movie. Have any of you seen Jim Sturgess in Across the Universe? Some of you might think that wasn't a great movie but I thought Jim Sturgess was brilliant. He will do great in 21! He also was in The Other Boleyn Girl he played George. However, he did not have a major part in that film!

I think this is really stupid. Jim Sturgess looks like he's five. Kate Bosworth looks like she's three. Kevin Spacey and Laurence Fishburne are way too smart to be in stuff like this.

Looks fun. Great cast, at least. We'll see what the critics think, though.

The Oceans 11 movies were successful because of the cast. I do not think this movie will succeed replacing the eleven with mostly unknowns. But it's nice to see Kevin Spacey and Laurence Fishburne in it.
