We’ve got a few teases for the next two episodes of Supergirl, starting with a promo image revealed by David Harewood, who plays J’onn J’onzz, for Episode 2.11, titled “The Martian Chronicles.” He says: “The Martian Chronicles. Coming soon on the CW. Some lovely scenes with @sharonleal17 and some great writing. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.” The episode, airing on February 6, is officially described as follows:
“Armek (guest star Terrell Tilford), a White Martian, descends on National City intent on taking M’gann (guest star Sharon Leal) back to Mars to face her punishment as a traitor. Hank (David Harewood) and Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) determine the best way to keep M’gann safe is to bring her to the DEO. However, when it is revealed that Armek shape-shifted into M’gann and is now loose in the building, the team realize he could be disguised as any one of them. David McWhirter directed the episode written by Gabriel Llanas and Anna Musky-Goldwyn.”
The CW has also released a clip and photos from Episode 2.10, which features the return of villain Livewire. Titled “We Can Be Heroes,” the episode will air tomorrow and is described as follows:
“After Livewire (guest star Brit Morgan) seemingly breaks out of prison, Supergirl is intent on recapturing her. After training Mon-El, Supergirl takes him with her when she sees Livewire attack the NCPD but things go awry when Mon-El puts Supergirl before the citizens of National City. Meanwhile, James decides to come clean with Kara and M’Gann (guest star Sharon Leal), has a psychic attack and collapses into a coma.”
