Blood of Zeus Season 2 Trailer Previews Netflix Animated Series

Following the release of a teaser trailer last year, Netflix has finally unveiled the full trailer for the second season of Blood of Zeus. Centering on the demigod son of Zeus named Heron, who is on a quest to save both Olympus and Earth, Season 2 of the animated fantasy series is set to hit the streamer on May 9, 2024.

Created and written by Charley and Vlas Parlapanides, Blood of Zeus — set in mythical ancient Greece — follows the journey of Zeus’ illegitimate son Heron, whose journey to save heaven and earth becomes more challenging with the interference of evil forces.

The Blood of Zeus official synopsis reads: “In a brewing war between the gods of Olympus and the titans, Heron, a commoner living on the outskirts of ancient Greece, becomes mankind’s best hope of surviving an evil demon army, when he discovers the secrets of his past.”

The first season, which consisted of eight episodes, aired on Netflix back in 2022. You can watch the newly released trailer for Season 2 down below (watch more trailers):
