After two remote episodes of the long-running NBC sketch series, the network took to Twitter to reveal that this week’s Saturday Night Live at Home episode will also mark the season 45 finale. Check out the announcement teaser below!

The newest edition of SNL will be produced remotely with cast members filming sketches from their homes. The previous episode earned Saturday Night Live it’s second-best same day ratings of the reason. Tom Hanks served as the host for the episode as Chris Martin appeared as the musical guest as he performed in front of a hand-drawn backdrop.
The host and/or musical guest for this Saturday’s episode of SNL has not yet been released.

The April 11 Saturday Night Live episode featured Kate McKinnon reprising her Ruth Bader Ginsberg impression as well as a post-pandemic dating show along with a “Weekend Update” featuring Michael Che and Colin Jost joking around from their respective living rooms.
