Yesterday, THR ran a report from CineEurope in which Paramount International’s Edward Ryan previewed the studio’s film slate for this year and beyond. In that write-up, we learned Paranormal Activity 5 was getting pushed to 2016 and that Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters 2 was arriving that year as well. But as far as the 2015 slate was concerned: It seems the new Friday the 13th film we’re getting November 13, 2015 will be in 3D.

This is an unusual move these days as it seems a week doesn’t go by where a trailer – or the trailer for a trailer – makes its online debut, heralding its arrival in multiplexes everywhere.
