Hold your breath for the new A Quiet Place trailer

Filmmaker and star John Krasinski is set to appear on The Ellen Show today and he brought with him the brand-new trailer for his upcoming horror film, A Quiet Place. Starring real-life husband and wife Krasinski and Emily Blunt, you can check out the new A Quiet Place trailer in the player below!

In the modern horror thriller, a family of four must navigate their lives in silence after mysterious creatures that hunt by sound threaten their survival. If they hear you, they hunt you. The film has minimal dialogue, because silence is survival. Noah Jupe (Suburbicon, Wonder) and Millicent Simmonds (Wonderstruck) round out the cast.

A Quiet Place is produced by Michael Bay (Transformers) and his Platinum Dunes partners Andrew Form and Brad Fuller (Ouija, The Purge, Texas Chainsaw Massacre), from a spec script by Bryan Woods & Scott Beck which was rewritten by Krasinski. Paramount Pictures will release A Quiet Place on April 6.
