If you have an acting gig, Nicolas Cage will take it. Just give him a wig and a set and you’ve got yourself a movie starring “Academy Award winner Nicolas Cage”. In the case of Left Behind, a new adaptation of the Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins novel of the same name, he co-stars alongside Chad Michael Murray, Lea Thompson and Cassi Thomson in the first installment of the lengthy franchise surrounding the story of the Biblical Rapture.
Freestyle and eOne are bringing the film to theaters on October 3 with director credit going to stuntman-turned-director Vic Armstrong.
