Radius is really beginning to move when it comes to promoting Bong Joon-Ho‘s Snowpiercer. After all the talk of whether or not they would release the bastardized Weinstein cut or Joon-Ho’s director’s cut, it’s Joon-Ho’s version that will be hitting theaters on June 27th and today I have a batch of new pictures and a new red band trailer promoting the film.
Starring Chris Evans, Jamie Bell, Octavia Spencer, John Hurt and Tilda Swinton, this sci-fi epic centers on the story of a failed global-warming experiment which kills off most life on the planet. The final survivors board the Snowpiercer, a train that travels around the globe via a perpetual-motion engine. When cryptic messages incite the passengers to revolt, the train thrusts full-throttle towards disaster.
