‘Godzilla’ Looms Large in New International Trailer

Warner Bros. has released a new international trailer for the upcoming return of Godzilla to the big screen and if the movie is as good as the imagery we’re seeing in these trailers I think director Gareth Edwards may have delivered a spectacle worth paying for.

The film sees the rebirth of Toho’s iconic monster and while my fear of a clash between making an homage and something modern remains I can’t wait to see how this turns out. Outside of the monster created by humanity’s scientific arrogance, the film stars Aaron Johnson, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Ken Watanabe and Sally Hawkins.

The film hits domestic theaters on May 16, check out the trailer below.
