I skimmed this new trailer for Hercules: The Legend Begins for only a couple seconds and it would appear instead of creating an aesthetic of its own, director Renny Harlin (Die Hard 2, Deep Blue Sea) has decided to mine the likes of Gladiator and 300, but with a third-rate Twilight actor (Kellan Lutz) in the lead and what would appear to be a shoestring budget. It’s all but missing the “Are you not entertained?!?!” exclamation, but Lutz does get a chance to speak a little and it’s just as unimpressive as you would assume.
