Paramount has released a brand new Anchorman: The Legend Continues trailer and poster along with an official synopsis for the film that will see Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) and his San Diego cohorts leaving sunny San Diego for the wilds of New York and the 24-hour news cycle.
With the 70’s behind him, San Diego’s top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy (Ferrell), returns to the news desk in Anchorman: The Legend Continues. Also back for more are Ron’s co-anchor and wife, Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), weather man Brick Tamland (Steve Carell), man on the street Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd) and sports guy Champ Kind (David Koechner) – All of whom won’t make it easy to stay classy… while taking New York’s first 24-hour news channel by storm.
The film hits theaters on December 20. Check out the new trailer and poster directly below and apparently if you head to theaters this weekend to see World War Z an alternate trailer will be shown in front of it.
