MGM and Sony has brought online the first teaser trailer for Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond film with Daniel Craig back in the lead role and Sam Mendes at the helm
In Skyfall, Bond’s loyalty to M (Judi Dench) is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost. The film features a stand-out supporting cast that includes Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Helen McCrory, Ben Whishaw, Albert Finney, Ola Rapace and Berenice Marlohe as the new Bond girl.
I didn’t watch the trailer here, but will likely see it later tonight on the beach here in Cannes should the weather finally cooperate, but I would love to read your initial reactions as this is one of my top ten most anticipated films of the year.
