I saw the trailer for Due Date in front of both of my screenings of Inception along with the trailer for Ben Affleck’s The Town so considering Yahoo has now debuted the Due Date trailer, I would expect the other to arrive shortly.
Due Date comes from The Hangover director Todd Phillips and stars Robert Downey Jr. as Peter and Zach Galifianakis as Ethan. Peter is an expectant first-time father whose wife’s due date is a mere five days away and through an unfortunate turn of events he ends up missing his flight to Atlanta and is forced to hitch a ride with Ethan on what turns out to be a cross-country road trip that will ultimately destroy several cars, numerous friendships and Peter’s last nerve. Michelle Monaghan, Jamie Foxx and Alan Arkin co-star.
The film is set for a November 5 release. Check out the trailer directly below, but fair warning, it really seems to give away quite a bit. Of course, it is also quite funny.
