The Lost Ollie trailer, which you can check out below, highlights the strong bond between a boy and his beloved stuffed animal Ollie, who gets unfortunately separated from him. The video teases the incredible journey Ollie has to take in order to get back to his best friend.

Based on William Joyce’s children’s book, Ollie’s Odyssey, the four-part limited series is created, written and executive produced by Shannon Tindle (Kubo and the Two Strings). It stars Jonathan Groff, Mary J. Blige, Tim Blake Nelson, Gina Rodriguez, Jake Johnson, and Kesler Talbot.

“It is an epic adventure about a lost toy who braves the many dangers of childhood as he searches the countryside to reunite with the boy who lost him; and the story of the boy who lost more than a best friend,” reads the synopsis. “It’s a heartwarming tale for the child in us all, remembering those special souls that we’ve lost but who forever changed our lives.”
