Reeling from the unexpected death of her husband, Beth (Hall) is left alone in the lakeside home he built for her, trying her best to keep herself together—but then the dreams come. Disturbing visions of a presence in the house call to her, beckoning with a ghostly allure, but the harsh light of day washes away any proof of a haunting. Against the advice of her friends, she begins digging into his belongings, yearning for answers, only to find secrets both strange and terrible and a mystery she’s determined to resolve.

Alongside Hall (Godzilla vs. Kong), the cast for the film includes Emmy nominee Sarah Goldberg (Barry, The Hummingbird Project), Stacy Martin (Nymphomaniac, Vox Lux), Evan Jonigkeit (Together Together, The Empty Man) and Vondie Curtis-Hall (Marvel’s Daredevil, For the People).

Bruckner, well-known to genre fans for helming segments of The Signal, V/H/S and Southbound and the Netflix pic The Ritual, directs the film on a script from Ben Collins (Super Dark Times) and Luke Piotrowski (Super Dark Times). The trio are further set to reunite on the in-development film reboot of the Hellraiser franchise, all in the same respective positions as this film.
