ShockTillYouDrop.com reports that Ada Wong will be joining Alice (Milla Jovovich) in director Paul W.S. Anderson’s Resident Evil: Retribution. Wong is the Chinese secret agent who appeared in the video games Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4.
She is expected to appear along with Leon Kennedy and Barry Burton in the fifth installment that starts filming in late September for a September 14, 2012 release.

The last film in the franchise, Resident Evil: Afterlife, earned $296.2 million at the worldwide box office. It was made for about $60 million, not counting marketing costs.
