Mark Duplass (Cyrus) has joined the cast of Welcome to People, Alex Kurtzman’s directorial debut that he wrote with Roberto Orci and Jody Lambert.
The film centers on a young man (Chris Pine), who is directed by his father’s will to deliver $150,000 to a sister (Elizabeth Banks) he didn’t know he had.
Duplass will play a neighbor who takes a romantic interest in Banks’ character. Olivia Wilde and Michelle Pfeiffer also star.
