Eminem is attached to a 20th Century Fox project called Random Acts of Violence, writes Vulture.
The rapper-turned-actor would star in the crime thriller, which is said to feature an ex-con caught between his former gang and the FBI, who want him to work as a snitch.
The original article also suggests that the writer of the current draft, David Von Ancken, will likely direct after completing work on upcoming episodes of “Californication.”
Eminem famously made a dramatic turn in 2002’s 8 Mile. Directed by Curtis Hanson, that film was inspired by events in the artist’s own life.
