Warner Bros’ Hall H presentation has come and gone. Other than a Green Lantern Corps.
There wasn’t a huge cast reveal confirming the actors that we’ve already seen rumored, but we now know the next Green Lantern movie will focus on the larger group of Lanterns, instead of just Hal Jordan. For those not well versed in the comics lore, the Green Lanterns are all part of a cosmic police force, comprised of aliens from all over the universe, known as the Green Lantern Corps.
This title card seemingly confirms we will have more than one human Lantern in the group. Will this be John Stewart, like rumors suggest, joining Hal Jordan on the big screen or maybe someone like Guy Gardner? That’s news for another day, apparently.
Thankfully, more information about Green Lantern Corps should be revealed well before the 2020 release. One or more Green Lanterns is expected to show up in Justice League Part 1 in 2017.
