Fox premiered the first poster for X-Men: Apocalypse at this year’s Comic Con as well as what appears to be something of a storyline as it appears the titular villain (played by Oscar Isaac) will be looking to recruit Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Psylocke (Olivia Munn), Storm (Alexandra Shipp) and Angel (Ben Hardy) to join him, which means they are most likely the four horsemen.
Additionally, Twitter user Ethan Anderton, who’s on sight at Comic Con, comments on the footage shown saying “Magneto has hung up his cape and lives a normal life” and “Oscar Isaac looks crazy as Apocalypse. He can control other mutants, and he uses Magneto to do some of his bidding.” There’s also a scene where Magneto sees Apocalypse for the first time and says, “Who the fuck are you?”
The sequel to 2014’s X-Men: Days Of Future Past is slated for a May 27, 2016 release with Bryan Singer directing and, along with those already mentioned, the film stars James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Hugh Jackman, Sophie Turner, Kodi Smit-McPhee and maybe, maybe not, a cameo appearance by Channing Tatum, who was at Comic Con representing his upcoming Gambit film.
