First ‘Kung Fu Panda 3’ Pictures Remind Us There’s a ‘Kung Fu Panda 3’

The first Kung Fu Panda wasn’t too bad, in fact, USA Today premiered these three new images today.

Set for release on January 29, 2016, the third film once again features the voice of Jack Black as Po, the titular Panda thought to be the last of his kind, but, what’s that? He’s not? Oh my… Po will meet his long-lost panda father Li (voiced by Bryan Cranston), who brings Po back to an enclave where the pandas have been living since a fierce panda attack alluded to in Kung Fu Panda 2. Honestly, I don’t even remember that.

Rebel Wilson voices a young female panda named Mei Mei (pictured above), a wannabe ribbon dancer and back again are the Furious Five — Angelina Jolie as Tigress, Jackie Chan as Monkey, Seth Rogen as Mantis, David Cross as Crane and Lucy Liu as Viper — along with their trainer Master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman) and Po’s adoptive father, Mr. Ping (James Hong).
