Warner Bros. has premiered the following first look picture of Henry Cavill as Superman in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. As far as I can tell we aren’t looking at anything different than what we saw of Cavill as Superman in Man of Steel, but I’ll let the comic book fans decide that upon closer inspection.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice doesn’t hit theaters until May 6, 2016 and clearly WB is going to milk that two year lead time for all its worth. While Cavill is returning as Superman it will be Ben Affleck playing as Bruce Wayne/Batman that is going to pique the most interest. Along with those two the film also stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred and Holly Hunter.
