‘Seinfeld’ is Celebrating Its 25th Anniversary, Get the Complete Series for Cheap

On Saturday, July 5, 2014, the hit television sitcom “Seinfeld” will be celebrating its 25th anniversary and the celebration has already begun on TBS with the channel airing some of the most popular episodes in the show’s long history of nine seasons. However, wouldn’t it be better if you were the one doing the programming?

For me, “Seinfeld” may be the single greatest television show in history. It’s definitely a show I quote almost daily and there isn’t a day that passes that I can’t relate some instance in my daily routine that wasn’t satirized. That said, for a show that was about nothing, it’s a show that almost never was… at least after the pilot aired 25 years ago.

“Seinfeld” premiered under the name “The Seinfeld Chronicles” on July 5, 1989 and it seemed NBC wouldn’t pick it up. The show was offered to Fox who declined, but once a Bob Hope special was cancelled funds were diverted to four episodes of the show, which aired after “Cheers” almost a year later in May of 1990. The episodes were highly rated and the show was history and now you can own the complete collection for only $59.99, $90 off the regular price, just click here.

Just below is just one example of the special features offered within the collection, which comes loaded with gag reels, featurettes, documentaries and audio commentaries. I personally own each of the individual seasons, but would love to have them all in this one compact collection. Simply put, I can’t recommend it highly enough for a fan of “Seinfeld”.
