We still don’t know for sure when Cary Fukunaga‘s Beasts of No Nation will hit theaters, whether it will be 2014 or who will release it (Focus Features was once said to be distributing) or if it will be held for 2015, most likely planning a Cannes premiere. However, I think it’s safe to say taking advantage of the love Fukunaga is currently feeling after his work on HBO’s “True Detective“, it would seem best to strike while the iron is hot.

Elba stars as Commandant, leader of the guerrilla group Agu is forced to join when civil war tears his family apart and militants kill his father.
