I’m Batman. Over the weekend a snippet from the new bonus features that will be available on the upcoming Blu-ray release of The Dark Knight Trilogy: Ultimate Collector’s Edition made its way online featuring a look at Christian Bale‘s audition for his role as Batman/Bruce Wayne in Batman Begins and it’s an interesting watch.
One thing you’ll see is he pretty much had the voice and cadence for Batman from the very start and on top of that he’s wearing the suit Val Kilmer wore in Batman Forever and in the first segment he’s auditioning opposite Amy Adams, who, as we know, just played Lois Lane in Man of Steel and will reprise the character again in her own Batman film, Batman vs. Superman.
