If you missed my tweet yesterday, Tom Cruise‘s new sci-fi actioner All You Need is Kill has been retitled to Edge of Tomorrow as it will be premiering some footage and probably a trailer at the upcoming San Diego Comic Con, which begins this Thursday. Today, to accompany the news, a new Comic Con poster has been revealed giving you a look at the mech-suit Cruise’s character will be wearing in the flick.
Directed by Doug Liman (The Bourne Identity) and set for a June 6, 2014 release, Cruise stars as Lt. Col. Bill Cage, an officer who has never seen a day of combat when he is unceremoniously demoted and then dropped into combat. Cage is killed within minutes, managing to take an alpha alien down with him. But he awakens back at the beginning of the same day and is forced to fight and die again…and again – as physical contact with the alien has thrown him into a time loop.
Starring alongside Cruise is Emily Blunt, Bill Paxton and Charlotte Riley. Check out the poster below.
