One summer film not getting a heap-load of attention is G.I. Joe: Retaliation and if these seven new pictures (via Stark Industries) are any indication I can sort of understand why.
Directed by John M. Chu (Step Up 3D, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never), the film is set to hit theaters on June 29 and stars Channing Tatum, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Ray Park, Byung-hun Lee, Elodie Yung, RZA, D.J. Cotrona, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Stevenson, Joe Mazzello, Bruce Willis, Walt Goggins and DeRay Davis in a sequel to the 2009 feature that finds the Joes not only fighting their mortal enemy Cobra, but they are forced to contend with threats from within the government that jeopardize their very existence.
That’s right, and by the looks of it, that fight will involve some swords, gun pointing and plenty of staring off into the distance.
