You watched the Cosmopolis starring Robert Pattinson as newly married billionaire Eric Packer who, over the course of one day, will cheat on his wife, be pursued by a stalker (Paul Giamatti), get attacked by a protester and gradually lose his entire fortune.
Starring alongside Pattinson and Giamatti are Juliette Binoche, Mathieu Amalric, Samantha Morton, Sarah Gadon, Jay Baruchel, Kevin Durand and Emily Hampshire and the film is set to hit French theaters on May 23, which also suggests it just might have a Cannes Film Festival debut where it will hope to find domestic distribution. And based on the positive reaction to the first trailer I would suspect that won’t be too difficult.
