New release dates: Mirror Mirror will now release on March 30, 2012; Cloudy 2: Revenge of the Leftovers will hit theaters on December 20, 2013; and Sony has set a August 9, 2013 release date for the RoboCop remake.

Woody Allen‘s cinematic tour of Europe will continue following this year’s Rome-set feature Nero Fiddled. Up next he will take his cast to the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen, for a 2013 shoot. Emma Roberts is joining the cast of Dito Montiel‘s heist drama Empire State, which stars Liam Hemsworth and Dwayne Johnson. The film is based on true events that took place in 1982 and centers on two childhood friends (Hemsworth will play one) from Astoria, N.Y., who plan to rob an armored car depository, with Johnson playing the NYPD detective out to bust them. Edgar Ramirez (Carlos) is set to star in Corpus Christi for Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko) and with Robert Rodriguez’s Quick Draw Prods. producing and financing the pic. The thriller is set in 2014 and will find Ramirez playing Paciencia De La Rosa, an Iraqi war veteran with severe post-traumatic stress disorder who forges a dangerous alliance with a wealthy industrialist in Texas. Ramirez made his English language debut in Ridley Scott’s 2005 feature Domino, which was written by Kelly. [source]
