Yahoo has debuted the trailer for The Tourist starring Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie which is set to hit theaters on December 10.
The film is directed by Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck who helmed the highly impressive The Lives of Others to a Foreign Language Oscar win back in 2007. The film centers on Frank (Depp), an American tourist visiting Italy to mend a broken heart where he bumps into Elise (Jolie). While pursuing a potential romance with Elise, Frank soon finds himself the pursued.
Sony recently moved the film to a December release date, which caused me to speculate its Oscar chances. Give the trailer a watch and see what you think.
