Well folks, I have a boatload of goodies coming your way over the next couple of days and while I added some images for a few films that will be featured at the Toronto Film Festival beginning in September, which are mentioned at the end of this article I thought we would begin with our first look at Bryce Dallas Howard in Loss of a Teardrop Diamond a film based on the long-forgotten Tennessee Williams screenplay telling the story of Fisher Willow (Howard), the disliked 1920s Memphis debutante daughter of a plantation owner with a distaste for narrow-minded people and a penchant for shocking and insulting those around her.
Howard stepped in for Lindsay Lohan back in March of 2007 when Lohan was going through her “troubles” and will star alongside Chris Evans who plays Jimmy of whom Fisher falls in love with. However, Jimmy’s family status isn’t exactly up to snuff when it compares to Fisher and she must pass him off as an upper-class citizen to appease her aunt played by Ann-Margaret. Ellen Burstyn and David Strathairn also star in Jodie Markell directed flick.
